At Seagull Watches, we stand behind the precision and craftsmanship of our timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the watch, original box, warranty card, and all protective films back into the shipping carton to ensure the item remains in mint condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our horologists inspect the return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
